Cinnamon Rolls

Material List
2 tbsp shortening
2 cups warm water
1 cake yeast
1/2 cup cool water
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
7-8 cups flour

Directions
Melt the shortening in the warm water.  Add the yeast which has been dissolved in cool water.  (Use warm water if dry package yeast is used.)  Beat the eggs, salt and sugar together.  Add the yeast mixture.  Stir in the flour.  Cover and let rise until it has doubled in size.  Poke it down.  Using rolling pin, roll to 1/2 inch thick.  Brush with melted butter, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon pretty thick.  Roll up and slice.  Let rise again.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  Frost.
